Mending Our Mistakes, Inc. believes long-term family stability begins with economic stability. Many noncustodial parents and struggling families want to work and provide for their children but face barriers such as unstable housing, transportation limitations, interrupted employment history, criminal records, limited digital skills, or lack of access to training opportunities.

Our Workforce Development Program helps parents build practical job skills, increase employability, improve digital literacy, and connect with career pathways that can support long-term financial stability and family restoration.
